LUNCHON PROCEDURES

HOST AND HOSTESS PROGRAM
On the meeting dates at the Black Forest Lutheran Church members are asked to bring a dish to share.  The chapter furnishes the plates, cups and plastic ware.  Whoever has previously signed up to be host/hostess for that day provides the bread, rolls and butter, makes coffee and sets up the tables and chairs.  Table decorations can be provided if they wish.  The host/hostess is also responsible for cleaning up afterwards.  More than one person/couple may host a meeting.

CHAPTER GREETERS
Persons/couples who volunteer to be greeters for a specific meeting are requested to arrive early and greet members as they arrive and make sure they wear their nametags.  The chapter greeters are also asked to make visitors and new members comfortable by introducing them to the Chapter President and other chapter members.  If the visitor indicates interest in joining the chapter then the Membership Chairperson should be notified.
